We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion that you use this website. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use this website.

All products supplied come with a receipt & any mistakes in billing will be corrected as soon as possible.

All complaints will be dealt with in a fair, confidential and effect manner.

Orders

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions and we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, and you are therefore advised to print out these terms and conditions together with the order acknowledgement for your own records.

Payment

Once we have checked product availability & your card details we will process your Payment.

All products are subject to availability & if we are not able to deliver we will inform you as soon as possible.

If you have already paid for the goods we will issue you a full refund.

When you place your order you pay the price displayed on the web site but errors can occur and we will make every effort to ensure all prices are accurate.

If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you of this fact as soon as possible. You will be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Payment can be made by any method specified on the site please see Sage Pay about secure on-line ordering.

On delivery the Title of the goods passes to you and becomes your responsibility provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

All prices on our Retail Site include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated.

Delivery

We will deliver products from this website to customers in the United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland only.

We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales when you place an order but the date is an anticipated delivery date and cannot be guaranteed. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Amore shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

On delivery of the goods the Risk of loss and damage passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.

Ring Sizing

We may need to charge for some sizing work but the costs will be clearly advised before order confirmation.

Returns & Cancellations

We do offer a full refund, within 7 days of delivery date if the goods are faulty or different from those the consumer ordered.

We will refund as soon as possible once in receipt of the returned goods as long the condition of the goods is the same as when they were dispatched and are not damaged in any way.

We require all the original documentation back with the goods and we will refund using the original method of payment within 30 days.

We are prevented, for health reasons from accepting earrings that are worn through pierced skin for return or refund.

No refund will be given if the product has any signs of wear or has been altered or worked on by any third party.

We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.

Cancellation Rights

Unless the law permits otherwise you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days from order without giving a reason.

Where the customer exercises their right to cancel we will return their money within 30 days.

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible

Our photos are not a true representation of the size of the product.

Unsbscribe

Contact us if you wish to be unsubscribed to this service and you have the option to refuse any marketing material.

We will not pass any of your details to any third party.
